Shimano has designed this 10-speed chain for e-bikes specifically for higher speeds and greater loads on the components. Surface coating with Sil-Tec offers the driver virtually resistance-free shifting action. Shift up and down gears almost without resistance and silently.
The chain's condition should always be kept in mind, especially with e-bikes. Check regularly with the help of a chain gauge whether the chain has stretched too much. If the chain is replaced in time, the cassette and chainrings will last longer.
